Cancellation and Refund Policy

At DUSHYANTH TECHNOLOGIES, we strive to ensure our customers have a positive experience. In support of this, we have established a liberal cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Window: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
Shipping Initiation: If the cancellation request is made after the order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
Perishable Items: Cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and eatables will not be accepted. However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the customer can demonstrate that the quality of the delivered product is substandard.

2. REFUND POLICY

Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be processed once the merchant verifies and determines the defect.
Product Expectations: If you believe that the product you received does not match what was shown on our site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty: For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct your complaints or issues to the manufacturer.
Processing Time: If a refund is approved by DUSHYANTH TECHNOLOGIES, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
